Cryotech E36® - Liquid runway deicer
A potassium acetate-based Liquid Runway Deicer which replaces glycol and urea
based liquid deicers and is generally selected for its low environmental
impact, high preformances and corrosive inhibitors.

Performance
- Excellent anti-icing characteristics
- Active at low temperatures (-30° C)
- Less slippery than glycol-based products
- Application
- Deicing: 50g/m² near 0° C on thin ice 150g/m² below -12° C on 25mm ice
- Anti-icing: 25g/m²
- Reapply when new accumulation shows first tendency to bond
- Plow often to reduce fluid dilution
- Prewetting - apply at spreader outlet at a rate of 130g/kg of solid deicer

Environment
