Deicers at Proviron

Proviron deicing products for runways and roads We manufacture and market the Cryotech Deicing Products, environmentally compatible acetate-based highway and airport runway deicers.
Acetates are considered safe for the environment because they readily biodegrade and exhibit low toxicity to vegetation and aquatic life. Acetates have low corrosion rates, and are ideal for application of reinforced concrete structures such as bridges and parking garages. Acetates also have a residual effect, working longer than common deicers.

Production in Europe

Proviron produces the Cryotech Airport and Road deicers under licence agreement for Cryotech USA. Proviron is a well established toll manufacturing company for speciality chemicals, situated in Belgium in the Antwerp area (Hemiksem). A high level 40 people team is dedicated to customer’s satisfaction, safety and environmental respect.
